Procedure for obtaining a printed circuit board and device for its implementation. Object of the invention
The present invention relates to a process that has been specially designed for obtaining a printed circuit board.
The device for the implementation of the procedure on the basis of which a printed circuit board is obtained is also object of the invention. Background of the invention
As is known, a printed circuit board is formed by a non-conductive base plate, for example bakelite, and one or more tracks of conductive material laminated on one or both sides of the base plate, so that the printed circuit is used to electrically connect, through said conductive tracks, and mechanically support, by means of the non-conductive base, a series of electronic components.
The conductive tracks are generally made of copper, while the base is made of reinforced fiberglass resin, ceramic, plastic, Teflon or polymers such as the aforementioned bakelite.
Traditionally, the process of obtaining a printed circuit track on a motherboard is based on introducing the motherboard with a plate of conductive material on which the drawing of the track to be obtained with an acid-resistant material is printed, so that the assembly is immersed in an acid that eliminates the conductive material that is not part of the circuit drawing, then drills it and fix the electronic components in question.
This current and conventional way of obtaining the printed circuit tracks implies a slow operation and at the same time not exempt from certain anomalies that may have an impact on the correct functioning of the printed circuit. Description of the invention
The procedure that the invention proposes presents a series of particularities that allow obtaining, in combination with the device for the execution thereof, much better results, with better performance and with shorter execution times.
More specifically, the process of the invention is based on a photosensitive printed circuit board with ultraviolet rays, a plate that is arranged on a fixed support and which is subjected to a 100 mA ultraviolet laser beam, a beam that is reflected in a pair of motorized mirrors that allow the beam to be directed in a controlled manner on the X and Y axes on the printed circuit board, to draw on it the corresponding tracks of the circuit that it is intended to record or obtain.
After said printing by laser rays of the plate, it is subjected to a development process on a caustic soda tank in which the plate is introduced, with stirring, by means of a bubble system in the lower part of the tank.

Then, after the development of the plate, it is introduced into a tank with clean water to wash the rest of the caustic soda and after this phase is subjected to an attack by introducing the plate into a tank with hydrochloric acid or Salfumán, in order to eliminate excess conductive material that does not belong to the tracks of the circuit to be obtained, including those that will subsequently establish the holes for the assembly of electronic components, making this phase of the process during a controlled time so that after the removal of the plate from that acid tank, the printed circuit is ready, which is finally subjected to the drilling process, being carried out only through the base plate, since in the tracks of the printed circuit they have previously the points corresponding to said holes have been eliminated, which is much more efficient and reliable than if drilling both of the plate c Like printed circuit tracks, as is traditionally done.
As for the device for the execution of the described procedure, it is based on a fixed support on which the photo-sensitive plate is arranged, including a pair of electronically controlled and motorized mirrors to redirect the laser beam on the X and Y axes of coordinates on the photo sensitive plate, mirrors faced by an electronically controlled ultraviolet laser emitter.
The device also comprises a series of electronically removable tanks, specifically a first caustic soda tank in which the plate is submerged to carry out the corresponding development of the same, including a second tank with clean water for washing the caustic soda leftover , and a third hydrochloric acid tank into which the rebel and clean plate is introduced, in order to remove excess conductive material that does not belong to the printed circuit tracks, thus obtaining the corresponding printed circuit, which is subjected to a drilling process by means of the corresponding movable robot in the three coordinate axes X, Y, Z, so that in combination with the corresponding control computer the coordinates of each hole or hole to be performed are defined, the integration process being of the electronic components on the conventional plate. Description of the drawings
To complement the description that will then be made and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical implementation thereof, an accompanying plan is attached as an integral part of said description. In an illustrative and non-limiting manner, the following has been represented:
Figure 1 shows a representation corresponding to a perspective view of an installation for obtaining a printed circuit board made in accordance with the object of the present invention. Preferred Embodiment of the Invention
As can be seen in the above-mentioned figure, the device of the invention comprises a fixed support (1) on which the plate (2) is arranged on which to obtain a series of determining tracks of an electrical circuit, plate (2) that as is conventional, it includes a flat base of non-conductive material, in the example chosen bakelite, while on both sides said base plate has a coating of a photosensitive conductive material, namely a copper foil.

The equipment includes an emitter (3) of an ultraviolet ray (3 ') that are reflected on a pair of motorized mirrors (4), located on either side and facing the plate (2), mirrors (4) that are removable to guide control the ultraviolet beam (3 ') according to the two coordinate axes X and Y.
By means of the control of the emitter (3) the tracks that have to form the corresponding printed circuit on both sides of the plate (2) are "drawn", so that later this one is introduced into a caustic soda tank (6), for the corresponding development of the tracks to be obtained, with agitation being carried out, by means of a bubble system with an air compressor at the bottom of the tank itself (6).
The photosensitive plate already revealed is subjected to a washing process in a second tank of clean water (7) to remove the remains of caustic soda, so that the plate once cleaned of caustic soda, is attacked to remove excess material conductor that does not belong to the tracks of the printed circuit, for which the revealed plate is introduced in a new tank (8) with hydrochloric acid or Salfumán, during a controlled time, thus eliminating said excess material and obtaining the printed circuit or tracks that have to participate in it.
Finally, there is a drilling robot, not shown in the figures, which carries out the execution of the holes in the corresponding printed circuit board, so that only the bakelite core needs to be drilled, since the conductive material It has been previously removed in the hole area in the previous phase.
As for the assembly process of the electronic components, this is carried out by any conventional means commonly used.
